In these times of recession, almost everybody is stressed. We go to work and deal with each other as best we can, despite the bite that is affecting virtually all of us. I think it’s important to remember to practice “warmth” with our self-talk and with the actual talk we give to others. This is easiest to do when everything in going our way. It’s much harder when we are scrimping to make ends meet. The pressure of finances can strain a relationship and in turn a family. Don’t forget what an impact you can have on someones life.
