Up before the dawn wrestling with God
Since I got into my mid 50s now 56 I guess that’s my later 50s, I don’t mind getting up super early anymore. Maybe that’s why old people have always had early bird specials at Denny’s. With my disorder, it’s important for me to get sleep but now all I do for a job, especially lately, is create music.
So, here I am at 3:06am patting myself on the back for having slept, the daily medicine required to keep me happy healthy and wise. Technically, 4am is my safe wake up time.
