I love this feeling when I force myself to do my ritual. By the ritual I mean, taking a nap every day. Even if it’s five minutes, it’s helpful. Amen? Unfortunate now that I retired early so I’m able to not have to work all day. Well, I still work. I do music all day. But I try to take a nap too. I just had that feeling after taking my nap just for five minutes that feeling like I’m tasting right again. I’m thinking right again. I pulled my energy back from Trump and all that bullshit. Birds this won’t be a Civil War with the muskets and stuff, but we’re gonna go through some stuff and I just want you to know if you’re a liberal I’m here for you.
