Since I got into my mid 50s now 56 I guess that’s my later 50s, I don’t mind getting up super early anymore. Maybe that’s why old people have always had early bird specials at Denny’s. With my disorder, it’s important for me to get sleep but now all I do for a job, especially lately, is create music.
