The main thing that sets one apart from the average Facebook or Twitter user is the understanding of posting to multiple sites at once.

I have set up a system where in a click or two I can send an idea out to hundreds (sometimes thousands) of interested readers. I achieve this ideal effect with mixed results every time I submit a status or link to social media. Like anything, it takes some time to develop the skill but it is possible to have these avenues to readers.
